REPORTING


The Reporting module allows you easy access to all areas of the system in which you are storing and using critical business data. There are a number of pre-written reports that take the guesswork and the time out of analyzing your data to leave you free to work on your business. These reports include:


Inventory Reports:

Reorder Point Items report that allows you to see exactly what you need to order with the click of a button.

Current Inventory Value report which allows you to see how much volume you have on hand, what your current inventory cost you at your discount level and what you stand to make if you sell the inventory at full retail based upon your discount level.

Unfilled Orders report and a Backordered Items report which allow you to see all items in these categories.

Item Descriptions report which allows you to see all catalog descriptions of your Herbalife inventory.

Personal Use Detail Tracking report to see what products you personally consume from your inventory.

Retail Price List report which allows you to view totals for all products based upon different discount percentages and forany tax rate.

Gifts/Samples report which allows you to view all products given as gifts or samples in your business.  This is very helpful at tax time.

There is also a completely ad hoc Sales by Product report that allows you to choose any timeframe and any product or group (or all) of products and see how many you have sold; this is a valuable tool to see what is moving out of your inventory.


Accounting Reports:

Profit, Expense and Income Monthly Totals, Expense and Income Yearly Totals, Expense and Income Item Summary Reports that allow you to see exactly how much you are spending or making on an item per month and/or per year. There are also historical expense and income summary charts that you can generate at the touch of a button in order to see your spending and earning tendencies over a greater period of time.


Contact Reports:

Outstanding Debtors, Outstanding Creditors, DownlineReports, including, Active vs. Inactive Downline, Sales List reports and countless ad hoc queries that can be run against your contact data!
